No warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied are made under this agreement except as stated below.</div> <bR> <div> · <FONT SIZE="3" COLOR="#000000" FACE="Arial" >One of our main goals is to maintain quality of the breed. We have done everything possible to guarantee this dog is in excellent general health and free from crippling congenital defects. This dog is to be examined, at purchasers’ expense, by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of purchase to validate the general health guarantee. If the dog is found to have a serious Life Threatening illness or disease (excluding parasites or coccidia, which are common in puppies) and written documentation of the condition is presented, the seller will, provided dog is returned within 72 hours: replace the dog with the next available prospect or mutually agreeable dog.</FONT></div> <bR> <div> · <FONT SIZE="3" COLOR="#000000" FACE="Arial" >This animal is guaranteed to be free of hereditary crippling/disabling defects apparent by twenty-four (24) months of age. Unanimous agreement by two (2) veterinarians, chosen by both parties, and diagnosed by a Board Certified specialist, will constitute a hereditary defect. Costs of the opinions are to be assumed by the buyer. Upon determining that such a severe defect is congenital and not caused by trauma, seller will: replace the dog in a timely manner with the next available prospect or mutually agreeable dog of equal value, or adjustment of 50% of the purchase price.</FONT></div> <bR> <div> · <FONT SIZE="3" COLOR="#000000" FACE="Arial" >It is recommended you have this puppy spayed/neutered at approximately 6 months of age. If this puppy has been bred, intentionally or not, the 24 month guarantee is void.</FONT></div> <bR> <div> · <FONT SIZE="3" COLOR="#000000" FACE="Arial" >At no time should a puppy/dog be placed in any rescue shelter, pound or any other such organization, and/or for any reason.
